1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Platform Use and Prohibited Conduct
swin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, or engage in any form of fraud or collusion will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances. 5. Rewards Programme and Vouchers

Rewards points, tier status, and any associated benefits are non-transferable and hold no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise by swin in writing. Voucher codes distributed through the Rewards system or promotional activities are subject to their own specific terms, including validity periods and eligible usage conditions, which are published on the Voucher page. Misuse of voucher codes — including sharing, duplicating, or applying codes in a manner inconsistent with their stated terms — may result in forfeiture of the voucher and suspension of your account. swin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards programme or any voucher offering at any time without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the swin platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements — is the property of swin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited right to view and interact with platform content solely for personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of swin. Unauthorised use of swin's intellectual property may result in legal action. The swin name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the platform and must not be used without explicit permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
The swin platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the platform operates reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, swin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of funds due to technical errors, network failures, or delays in transaction processing where such events are outside swin's reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct by swin.
8. Responsible Gaming
